Naila Nayem is a Bangladeshi glamour model, actress and dentist. She started her career with showbiz as a ramp model. Later, she started acting in television drama. Her television and film credit include Ghat Babu Nitai Candra, Run Out, Maruf Taka Dhorena, Ratrir Jaatri, and Masti Unlimited. Aside from her career as a model and actress, she became a dentist after completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at Dhaka City Dental College. She was married to Tawsif Hossain Tushar, who joined the Islamic State in Syria and has appeared in a recruitment video for them.
