Cherry Jones is an Award-winning actress who is most famous for her portrayal of U.S. President Allison Taylor on the Fox series 24, for which she earned an Emmy. For her performance in The Heiress, she won a Tony Award for Best Actress. She was one of the first actors to perform at City Theater. Cherry was born in Paris, Tennessee on November 21, 1956. She is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama. Since 2015, she has been married to Sophie Huber. She was previously in a relationship with actress Sarah Paulson from 2004 to 2009.
