Ashley Harkleroad is an American former professional tennis player who achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 39 on June 9, 2003. Turning professional in 2000, Ashley won eight ITF singles and five ITF doubles during her career. She retired from professional tennis in 2012. Born on May 2, 1985 in Rossville, Georgia, USA, to parents Tammy and Danny Harkleroad, Ashley turned professional on June 12, 2000, when she was fifteen years old. She has been married to tennis player and coach Chuck Adams since 2009. They have two children. She was previously married to fellow tennis player Alex Bogomolov, Jr.
