Personal life
McEnany got married to baseball player Sean Gilmartin in 2019. Sean is two years younger than Kayleigh, and he plays baseball for St. Louis Cardinals.
McEnany has a BRCA2 gene mutation meaning a higher risk of getting breast, ovarian, breast cancer, and other types of cancer. For this reason, she decided to undergo a double mastectomy in 2018.
